About Rachel

I work primarily with women-led small businesses, ranging in size from solopreneurs to multi-million dollar companies. I am passionate about providing Operations support at scale based on your current needs and budget, and setting you up for long-term success.

With over 15 years of experience in roles with ever-increasing responsibilities (from data entry to VP of Operations), I’ve had the incredible opportunity to have my hands in a lot of different projects and really nail down where I’m best. As I built my own business, I have come to focus on the things I truly love to do. Business operations - strategic planning, organizing, project management - is my bread and butter. I’ve never met a spreadsheet or Trello board I didn’t love. My breadth of experience allows me to dive in at any level - from basic editing to designing new webpages; from making a simple spreadsheets to designing and implementing new client or employee onboarding processes.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, roadtrips, and powerlifting, but my Shih Tzu named Wicket is the real boss. I’ve had the privilege to work with close friends and be a founding board member of Heavy Breathing Foundation - a nonprofit local to North County San Diego that seeks to give back to communities often taken advantage of by providing structure and creative coaching through strength training and education. My tagline is “driven by iced coffee and mental illness” for a reason and not just my (allegedly) excessive caffeine intake. While I continue to work through my own personal battles with mental health, it is important to me to break the stigma associated with discussing them.

I can of course provide a resume and a LinkedIn profile full of successful projects I’ve completed, but more importantly I bring the same level of tenacity and drive to everything I do and that’s what I want you to know. Partnering with me is the right move for your peace of mind and the efficient running of your business.
